Editorial appointments, as well as film and photo shoots, must be submitted in writing via email to the Press Office at least 24 hours in advance, specifying the name, media outlet, purpose, and publication date, and must be approved. Visits and photo shoots on Sundays—or if a holiday falls on a Monday—must be submitted no later than the Friday before.
